2025 Annual Report: A Year of Growth for the Arpiem Team

To commemorate the beginning of the New Year, we at Arpiem have decided to publish a comprehensive report of last year’s biggest accomplishments, a year defined by expansion, technical milestones, and strong partnerships across the aviation sector.

Regulatory Approvals & Certifications

In 2025, Arpiem successfully expanded our International capability by obtaining CAMO authorizations from the Cayman Islands Civil Aviation Authority and the Bermuda Civil Aviation Authority. This strengthens our ability to support operators across multiple jurisdictions with structured, compliant continuing airworthiness management.

Aircraft Transitions & Fleet Support

Our team led the successful introduction and takeover of new aircrafts for our clients, including:

  • 3 Airbus A320
  • 1 Airbus A220

Delivered in support of partner operators such as Animawings and FlyYO, these projects ensured seamless transitions, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness.

Part-145 Organization Development

Arpiem coordinated the establishment of a Part-145 maintenance organization for one of our clients, supporting the full development process from regulatory preparation to implementation. This project marked a significant milestone in enabling in-house maintenance capabilities for our client, aligned with EASA requirements.

Audit & Oversight Support

During the year, we assisted our clients throughout internal and external audit processes, including:

  • Audits conducted by competent aviation authorities
  • IOSA audits

Our involvement supported audit preparedness, regulatory alignment, and the successful closure of findings.

Looking Ahead

As the aviation industry continues to evolve, Arpiem is also expanding its focus toward emerging technologies and new operational domains, including work related to Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS). While this activity represents a developing area within our portfolio, it reflects the same commitment to safety, compliance, and structured oversight.

We look forward to sharing more insights on this topic in a dedicated blog article at a later date, exploring how regulatory frameworks, operational practices, and airworthiness principles are adapting to the growing role of drones in aviation.

Thank you to our partners and clients for the trust and collaboration throughout 2025. Here’s to an even more productive and innovative year ahead!
